Former judge of Endowments and Wills in the Personal Status Court. Experience in the legal field for more than a year. He is a lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice with a legal legal advisor number. Experience in managing, supporting, governing, and devising solutions for endowments. He has a master’s degree from the Higher Judicial Institute. He has leadership and administrative ability derived from learning and practice. He also He has good proficiency in a number of skills such as effective communication, problem solving and planning, and has great knowledge of the principles and legal and judicial procedures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in systems (1436 AH) from the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Jurisprudence (1432 AH), College of Sharia, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
A- During the judicial stage (before resignation):
- Judge of the Endowments and Wills Department at the Personal Status Court in Makkah Al-Mukarramah / Rabi’ Thani 1438 - Jumada Al-Awwal 1441 AH.
- Resolving disputes and terminations of endowments.
- Drafting more than (400) endowment deeds after editing and revising the conditions for the endowments.
- Adjudicating more than (300) requests for permits to purchase, develop, invest in endowments, dissolve hukurs, and divide compensation.
- Adjudicating more than (600) cases in endowments between legal entities and endowments, or between endowments, or between beneficiaries and overseers, and so on.
- Adjudicating more than (250) applications and disputes for appointing supervisors and making comparisons between them after conducting the necessary examination of qualifications and interviews.
B- After resignation:
- Endowment termination services exceeded (85+) terminations.
- Litigation services in endowment lawsuits exceeded (70+) lawsuits.
- Consultation and studies services in the Endowments exceeded (150+).
- Providing other various legal services exceeding (150+).
Skills:
- Negotiation skills, meeting the public effectively, and communicating effectively with them.
- Skill in drafting contracts and reading technical specifications and financial statements, especially in the field of contracting and investment.
- Efficiency in managing the judicial department and managing work pressures and emergency circumstances.
