Asim A. Alsudais
A lawyer, he worked as a judge in the general judicial courts, during which he worked in the General Court in Riyadh and Taif, the Criminal Court in Riyadh, and the Labor Court in Riyadh, in addition to his work as a consultant in the Ministry of Justice. He has considered and ruled on thousands of cases and financial, real estate, criminal, and labor disputes, and gained through his work in the Ministry and the Labor Court. He has special experience in the field of work in Riyadh, as he was a member and secretary of the Committee for Unifying Ijtihad in Labor Judiciary, which was concerned with studying and studying the agreed and controversial issues in cases, and arriving at a stable judicial opinion, and he looked into hundreds of labor disputes against many government agencies and private companies.
He undertook the division of a number of large and old estates, some of them in his capacity as a judge and some in his capacity as an expert, including the division of an estate - commissioned by the General Court in Riyadh - among (221) heirs from (28) inheritors from different classes and families.
It offers many training courses in the judicial and legal fields. He is a partner in “Al Rajhi, Al Sudais and Al Suhaibani Advocates and Legal Consultants” and a lawyer licensed by the Minister of Justice.
Qualifications:
- He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Al-Imam University
- Master’s degree in “Sharia Policy-Regulations” from the Higher Judicial Institute
